Expecting a young dog to be able to cope with a complete groom without a slow introduction is setting them up for failure and a lifetime of stressful grooming sessions. Puppy University helps your pup become confident and comfortable with the process so that they can enjoy their pamper days as much as you enjoy yours. (puppies with no grooming experience must attend university before being accepted for a full groom)
